In 1965 Shreedhar Motors Pte Limited, a private Limited Liability Company was incorporated by a visionary founder, Shree Dhar Maharaj, who was a pioneer in the Fiji Public Transport Industry. The Company was then the sole agent and distributor of Leyland bus chassis and trucks in Fiji.
In 1994 in a bid to further expand within the automotive industry, Shreedhar Motors Limited acquired the Ford and Subaru franchises establishing the company as a major franchisee within the Fiji market. Since acquiring the Ford and Subaru franchises, the Company has focused on its mission to provide a positive motor vehicle purchase and ownership experience through market leading products, world class facilities and excellent customer service to gain and retain long term loyal customers.
In 2008 the company built a modern state of the art building in Vatuwaqa, Suva to provide its customers with a better service facility and a showroom that would rival any in the world. Due to the success of the company in both the Ford and Subaru brands.
In 2017 the company further invested in a dedicated showroom facility for Subaru. Ford has a range of products with specialization in pickup trucks from commercial to luxury twin-cabs while Subaru has a range of passenger cars and SUV vehicles.
