DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

Likuri Group—comprising Likuri Island Resort, Robinson Crusoe Island Tours, Likuri Fishing Charters, Likuri Sailing Adventures, and Authentic Travel Office—is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across our portfolio.

About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Team, you will lead the Group's sales, marketing, reservations and digital marketing functions while developing innovative strategies to strengthen our brands, grow market share and maximise revenue.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field
• Proven senior sales and marketing leadership experience within hospitality or tourism
• Strong understanding of OTAs, wholesale, direct distribution, revenue management and yield optimisation
• Experience leading high-performing sales and marketing teams
• Excellent commercial acumen, communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills

This is a Fiji-based leadership position.
