Position: Custom Freight Station Officer

Location: Lautoka

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare files for upcoming containers to ensure smooth processing.
• Coordinate with customs officials to facilitate smooth clearance processes.
• Ensure all cargo documentation is accurate and compliant with customs regulations.
• Conduct inspections of cargo and containers during deconsolidation.
• Prepare and submit necessary customs declarations and paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo movements and inventory.
• Liaise with freight, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely processing.
• Assist in resolving any customs or freight-related issues promptly.

Key Requirements:

• Must have a Diploma in Customs or a related field.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in customs, freight forwarding, or logistics is preferred.
• Good knowledge of customs procedures and documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external authorities.
