Location: Nabua, Suva City, Fiji (onsite)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Roster: Monday to Friday, occasional weekend shifts when required — transport home provided for evening shifts (hours aligned to Australian business hours)

The Opportunity 

We’re seeking candidates with solid customer service experience and debt collection knowledge.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound enquiries via telephone and email.
• Build relationships with customers who have overdue accounts (60 days and over past due) and realign them to their payment schedule.
• Negotiate flexible payment arrangements when required.
• Have meaningful conversations that produce outcomes; maintain accurate, complete notes.
• Follow Australian regulations and client policies (Privacy Act, ACCC/ASIC guidance, hardship).
• Handle sensitive situations with empathy, dignity, and customer care.
• Carry out additional duties identified by management.

This role supports the client’s growing retail operations by assisting customers with credit purchase facilities, managing their overdue accounts, processing refunds and all store related queries.  

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 12 months call centre experience supporting Australian customers.
• Previous experience in retail or e-commerce support will be highly regarded.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote Australian team.
• Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Experience working under privacy and data protection guidelines.
