Front Office Reservations Representative (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage daily spa bookings and reservations.
• Respond to telephone, email, Facebook Messenger and other customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage the NAMA Spa Facebook page, ensuring enquiries and messages are responded to in a timely manner.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate booking schedules.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
• Provide administrative support and assist with the smooth operation of the front office.
• Promote spa treatments, retail products and current promotions.
• Maintain a professional reception area and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook, is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in reception, reservations or customer service is preferred.
• Professional presentation with a positive and friendly attitude.

Beauty Therapists (4 Positions) & Masseur (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional beauty and/or massage treatments in accordance with NAMA Spa standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalised wellness experiences.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and professionalism.
• Promote spa treatments and retail products.
• Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Applicants must have successfully attained a CIDESCO qualification from Spa Academy Fiji.
• Previous spa experience is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for wellness, beauty and customer care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
